The pub is owned by Wetherspoon.
Some of your readers might have the impression that the neglected building above the pub relates to Wetherspoon too.
However, Wetherspoon does not own the building above the pub.
On the contrary, Wetherspoon has invested £500,000 upgrading The William Henry over the past 12 months and takes great pride in its buildings.
