A GARAGE was broken into in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Offenders gained access to a garage at an address in Sandford Orcas at around 3.50am on Saturday, February 17.
The suspects were disturbed by the residents and nothing was stolen.
Officers investigating a burglary near Sherborne are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to come forward.
Police Constable William Saunders, of Dorset Police, said: “I would like to hear from anyone who may have seen or heard suspicious activity in the area on the night of the incident.
“If you live in the village and have a home CCTV system or doorbell camera, I am appealing to you to please check your footage for anything that may assist my enquiries.”
