Local communities are being urged to report any drug related activities in their area as part of a police crackdown.
Dorset Police has issued a message for anyone who may know something about drug crime in their neighbourhood and is asking people to come forward anonymously to help tackle the issue.
The force says that drugs lead to other forms of criminality and it is keen to make local communities drug free and safe for residents.
A spokesperson for Dorset Police said: "Drugs is a national issue. The crime it creates causes a local problem. This has a massive impact on communities. Car crime, burglary, shoplifting to name a few.
"Take control of your community and tell us what you know. The information you have could help us put a stop to these people and drug related crime in your community.
" Help us make your area No Place For Drugs.
"You can pass any information anonymously to Crimestoppers or by using the StreetSafe app. You can also report to Dorset Police online at https://orlo.uk/28Dyz/"
