A society with a love for old vehicles is preparing for its annual tour of the county.
The Weymouth Vehicle Preservation Society is holding its 35th Dorset Tour on Sunday, May 26.
The cars will assemble from 8.30am at the Lodmoor Country Park. At 10.30am the mayor of Weymouth will set them off on a pre-determined route around the county.
The vehicles will then assemble on Weymouth seafront from 1.30pm for a static display, presentation of trophies by the mayor, and a fundraising raffle for prizes kindly donated by local firms.
This year all the proceeds will be donated to Safe Families Weymouth which is the charity chosen by the society members.
Since 1984 the society has raised over £97k for local charities. They also support local organisations in their fundraising efforts, at no charge, as well as preserving our motoring heritage.
