A concern for welfare on Portland sparked a major response from emergency services.
Emergency services received a call at 5.28pm on Saturday, February 17 raising concern for a man on Clarence Road in Easton.
Police, ambulance and a fire crew attended.
A spokesperson for Dorset Police said: "We received a report at 5.28pm on Saturday, February 17 raising concern for the welfare of a man in Clarence Road on Portland.
"Officers attended along with the ambulance service and the man was given appropriate care.
"Officers left the scene at around 6.20pm."
A spokesperson for Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue said: "Crews from Portland and Weymouth were called to Clarence Road, at 5.27pm on Saturday, February 17 to assist our police and ambulance colleagues with an incident."
