Dorset residents are being asked to take part in a survey to give feedback on healthcare digital tools and apps.
NHS Dorset is running the survey in order to better understand how people use their health access and to improve them.
A spokesperson for NHS Dorset said: "We need your stories and experiences to continue to support people in Dorset and inspire others to adopt these life-changing tools.
"This could be the Digital Health App Library or Video Library, ACR self-test for kidney disease, Viso BP@Home, and digital apps like myDiabetes, myCOPD and myAsthma."
Our Dorset Digital helps to develop and embed digital healthcare tools and technologies to support Dorset residents, NHS staff and frontline teams.
Their aim is to empower self-care and enable the people of Dorset to confidently manage their health, mental health, wellbeing and long-term conditions.
Our Dorset is an integrated health care system that incorporates NHS organisations, councils, public services and voluntary and community partners
