The current owner said: “We stumbled across this beautiful property on our search for a coastal home. As we pulled in the drive, we just knew it was the one and it has not disappointed.

“Once we got the keys, we set about refurbishing the house as it was lacking a finish and that homely feel and I think we succeeded in creating a warm, inviting and cosy interior with that touch of luxury.

“The veranda is a great spot to sit, maybe with a glass of wine or two, and enjoy the view or unwind in the hot tub.

“The kitchen, family room is definitely the heart of our home, it's a wonderful space with views out to sea.

“In the summer months, the bifolds open onto the open deck it comes into its own, it’s a great room for entertaining and we’ve definitely been a popular choice to host Christmas with our families as we have space in abundance. The splendour of this room will be hard to find again.

“What I think I will miss most are the beautiful sunrises we get to enjoy from the house, they can be spectacular.”
