The Lulworth Players are gearing up for their annual family pantomime.

They will perform The Sleeping Beauty at West Lulworth Village Hall on Friday, February 2 and Saturday, February 3.

The audience can expect lots of action in this fairytale as the royal household prepare to celebrate with the princess.

Promoters ask: "Can the Princess escape the curse put on her by the bad fairy Carabosse? Will the handsome prince make it safely through the forest to rescue her?"

Tickets are £8.50 for adults and £4 for children and advance tickets are now available from Finleys in Lulworth Cove and Winfrith Village Stores.

Doors open 30 minutes before the performance.
