There have been delays to traffic between Weymouth and Dorchester because of a campervan on its side.
A collision on Monkton Hill heading towards Dorchester is causing the delays and queueing traffic.
Eyewitnesses say they saw a vehicle on its side on the verge with police tape around it.
Severe delays of at least 19 minutes are expected, according to the AA Traffic Route Planner as traffic backs up to the Jurassic Roundabout on the Weymouth Relief Road.
The incident took place yesterday evening, however due to the location of the vehicle, it was causing disruption to the flow of traffic.
A spokesperson for Dorset police said: "We received a report at 8.47pm on Monday, January 8 2024 of a single vehicle collision on the A354 at Monkton Hill.
"Officers attended and it was reported that the vehicle was off the road and there were no reports of any injuries."
