A main road has been cordoned off by police after a pedestrian was hit by a car.
Emergency services were called to Dorchester Road, Weymouth, just before 5.45pm to reports of a serious collision.
Two ambulances have been seen at the scene and firefighters are present.
According to Dorset Police, the collision involves a female pedestrian.
Officers have shut the road near Lidl and a cordon remains in place.
