A Weather warning is in place as heavy rain is expected to fall across Dorset, but several flood warnings have been removed.
The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for rain to last until the afternoon of Thursday, December 7.
A spokesperson for the Met Office said: "Before the rain eases and clears during Thursday afternoon, 20-40 mm of rain is likely to fall widely with peaks of 60-80 mm over hills.
"The rain will be accompanied by strong south to south easterly winds."
Several roads are already closed across the county due to flooding caused by heavy rain earlier in the week.

However, the Environment Agency has removed some flood warnings from the River Frome, in particular from Maiden Newton to Dorchester were it says there is now no threat of flooding.
There are alerts still in place east of Dorchester along the Lower Frome, where there is still a possibility of flooding, although the threat level is lower than over the past few days.
A flood alert for the River Piddle is also in place, again meaning there is a chance of flooding as river levels are high and rising at the Little Puddle and Briantspuddle river gauges. This is because of the ground being saturated and reacting to overnight rainfall.
Residents are urged to take precautions with their homes and prepare flood kits, whilst those travelling on the roads are advised to check their journey ahead of leaving in case of road closures due to flooding.
