FIND out more about smuggling in Dorset at a talk tomorrow.
The Dorchester Association for Research into Local History and Archaeology will meet on Thursday, November 30 at the Dorford Centre, Bridport Road, Dorchester.
Trevor Ware will speak on smuggling and the Dorset connection.
The talk starts at 7.30pm.
Everyone is welcome and there is a suggested donation of £3 for non-members.
The Association was formed in 1982 with the co-operation of the Dorset Natural History and Archaeological Society, but is an independent, charitable non-profit making organisation.
Its primary aim is to promote public interest in the local history and archaeology of Dorchester and its surrounding area.
Talks are held on a regular basis. Membership costs £10 a year and meetings are free to members.
