Good Move Lettings donates to Dorset Echo Christmas Toy Appeal

The Dorset Echo’s 24th annual Christmas Toy Appeal is well underway and it has received another £100, this time from Good Move Lettings in Weymouth.

The appeal gives children who may not otherwise get a present receive a gift they can open up on Christmas Day.

Matt Sowden and his letting agency have donated to the cause for the sixth time. Having two teenage daughters of his own was an extra incentive for Matt to donate to the appeal.

He said: “I wanted to give a little back locally. The Toy Appeal is something Good Move have supported since our conception in 2017.”

Good Move Lettings is a vibrant local company with a wealth of experience and great local contacts that understand the intricacies of lettings on both sides of the coin, handling both the legal requirements and the human aspects of moving home.

Matt also wanted to encourage other local businesses to help children in need this Christmas.

He added: “A little gesture can make a difference to others.”

We are also asking you to give a thought to children in need this Christmas and buy one extra present to go in a Dorset Echo Toy Appeal bin.
