Festive spirit is in the air as the countdown is on for a big Christmas light switch-on in Dorchester.
The team at Brewery Square is inviting guests to head down and watch the annual light-up on Saturday, November 25, from 5pm – 6.30pm.
A sleigh-load of activities will be taking place to coincide with the big event including the return of the ice-skating rink, live music, some fantastic performances and even surprise visits that will keep audiences entertained all evening.
This is the 11th Christmas light switch-on hosted in Brewery Square and will kickstart a whole load of festive celebrations.
A jolly Christmas market will fill the square on Saturday, December 16 from 12pm to 7pm complete with live music from a Whitney Houston tribute act.
Two days before Christmas on Saturday, December 23, there’s an exciting opportunity for kids to meet Father Christmas and his friends at Santa’s Grotto where the big man will be hanging around from 1pm to 5pm, until he has to head back to the North Pole.
