The heavy rain and winds expected by Storm Ciaran has prompted South Western Railway (SWR) to make changes to its timetables.
The London Waterloo to Weymouth train service will start and finish at Bournemouth on Thursday November 2.
An hourly shuttle bus service will be put on to take passengers to and from Weymouth, but SWR are advising customers to consider if their journeys are entirely necessary, and to consider making alternative travel plans.

Trains will also be operating at reduced speeds across the south coast due to the adverse weather conditions.
Journey planners will be up to date from Thursday to reflect the changes, and passengers are advised to check before travelling with more changes at short notice are a possibility.
Storm Ciaran is set to cause further havoc after Storm Babet caused flooding and disruption across the county.

Winds could get up to speeds of 80mph in coastal areas with gusts of up to 60mph expected further inland.
Flood warnings are also in place right across the Dorset coast line with warnings being given for people to be careful along shores.
