A woman was rescued after falling from the coastal path at Langton Herring.
She fell west of Langton Hive before 1.45pm.
Coastguard teams from Wyke Regis and West Bay responded.
The coastguard were able to drive across fields to get access and took her to a waiting ambulance.
A spokesperson for the Marine and Coastguard Agency said: "Wyke and West Bay Coastguard Rescue Teams brought to safety a woman who had fallen on the coast path near Langton Herring on Tuesday, September 5.
"The alarm was raised at about 1.45pm. She was passed into the care of the South Western Ambulance Service."
A spokesperson for Wyke Regis Coastguard Rescue Team said: "Tasked at 1.48pm to assist South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust with a casualty west of Langton Hive.
"We managed to get our 4x4 to the casualty site via fields. She was driven back to the road and an awaiting ambulance."
