The Youth Cancer Trust has moved location to a new office in Poundbury.
Holidays run by the trust will continue to take place but in a new location at Manor Farm Barn and adjacent cottage Churn House.
Both are located on a working farm in the village of Dewlish in the Dorset countryside .
Between the two properties is a courtyard patio with a swimming pool and large games room.
A spokesperson for the trust said: "This year we have been running trial weeks and from 2024 we will be running our therapeutic wellbeing holidays during all the school holidays for teenagers and young adults (aged 14 to 30) living with and beyond cancer.
"Our wonderful founder, Brenda Clark, is retiring from running the holidays but is still very much involved in her new role as President. We are all so very grateful for the many years she has devoted to making the charity what it is today and for all the support she provides."
