SEVERAL power tools were stolen in a burglary on a Portland building site.
The incident happened between 2am and 4.30am on Wednesday, July 26 at a building site in the area of Pennsylvania Road.
A number of Dewalt power tools were stolen as well as copper fittings.
The stolen tools included an impact driver, a drill driver, an SDS drill, a skill saw and a grinder.
Dorset Police is now appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to come forward regarding the burglary.
Police Constable Carley O’Rourke, of Dorset Police, said: “We are conducting enquiries into this burglary and I would urge anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity in the area during the early hours of Wednesday, July 26 to please contact us.
“I would also urge anyone who comes across items matching the descriptions of those stolen being offered for sale in suspicious circumstances to please report it to police."
