Youngsters were seen climbing on top of a village hall and walking across its roof.
They climbed on to the flat roof of Crossways Village Hall, Dorchester Police officers report.
The youngsters were given 'words of advice' and a warning on the dangers of their behaviour by police.
Their parents were supportive, a police spokesman said.
The anti-social behaviour in the village has led to police stepping up patrols in the village
This was not an isolated incident, police say, coming after previous reported incidents, including bottles being left on the roof of the village hall.
In other incidents, rubbish has been left in Crossways and damage was done to properties in the area.
The Dorchester Police spokesman added: "Patrols will continue and please report any incidents in the area."
