POLICE have issued images of a mini digger which was reportedly stolen and are appealing to anyone who recognises it to get in touch.
The Takeuchi TB016 digger was recovered from an address in the Wimborne area on Friday, March 10.
Items found with the digger were linked to a reported burglary in Sherborne but officers have been unable to identify where it was taken from.
Police Constable Kate Schofield, of Dorset Police’s Rural Crime Team, said: “We would urge anyone who recognises this item of machinery to please get in contact with us so we can reunite it with its owner.
“At this time we have been unable to ascertain where the mini digger was taken from and it may even have been stolen from outside of the county.”
