A garage has gone on sale in Dorchester with an asking price of £40,000.
The Durngate Street garage is being marketed by Direct Moves and is described as being 'rarely available', 'water tight' and with an 'up and over door'.
The garage is described as an 'ideal storage and parking facility'. It also has a parking space out front.
The garage is also described as being 'centrally located' in the county town of Dorchester.
The marketing information also goes on to mention the many attractions of the county town, including it being 'steeped in history' and offering an excellent range of independent boutiques, cafes and shops.
It also informs potential garage purchasers that the catchment schools including St Osmunds school and Thomas Hardye School are 'highly rated' and 'very popular' with those in and around the Dorchester area.
Although the garage may seem somewhat expensive, it's a bargain 'property' compared to the rest of the street.
According to the website Zoopla, the average sold price for a property in Durngate Street in the last 12 months is £227,667.
