EXPLORE up to 21 'wonderful' gardens as a popular Dorset open gardens event returns this summer.
Sutton Poyntz Open Gardens 2023 - in aid of Dementia UK and Cancer Research UK - will take place across the weekend of Saturday, June 17 and Sunday, June 18 between 12pm and 5pm.
Entry is £5 per person and will be valid for both days, and tickets are available from Mission Hall in Mission Hall Lane.
Organisers say that 21 'wonderful and individual' gardens will be available to explore at the event, with light refreshments provided at the hall.
They add that they are hoping to repeat the success of the last open gardens in the Dorset village back in 2015.
A village scarecrow trail will add to the summery atmosphere, while plants will be on sale for visitors to spruce up their own gardens. Free parking will be provided off Plaisters Lane.
