A weekly meet-up for bike and car enthusiasts is set to make its return to Weymouth seafront.
The annual Weymouth Bike and Classic Car Night runs throughout the spring and summer months until the end of September, and will be making its long-awaited return on Thursday, April 6.
The event has been running for 12 years on the seafront by the Jubilee Clock Tower and at its peak attracts at least 200 bikes and between 30 and 40 cars per meet.
Darren Hindle is one of the organisers of the popular night.
An avid rider of 34 years, and owner of three bikes, he told the Echo how much he is looking forward to the return of the weekly meet-up: "We are all excited for the season to start again so we can meet up on a regular basis.
"One of the things is it is an eclectic mix of bikes we get. We see youngsters on scooters and small bikes. Then old guys on vintage bikes and everything in between.
"We get people riding in from Southampton, Bristol or south Devon to visit the night. It's not just locals who attend it's a big thing for people from a distance."
There had been plans for a food catering truck to be a new addition to the proceedings, however, this was turned down at a full Weymouth Town Council meeting in February.
Had it been accepted, the food establishment would have been situated on the road-facing side of the promenade on a 3x3m pitch.
The proceeds of the night always go toward bike-themed charities. This year, the Doc Bike charity has been selected to be the beneficiary of the event.
The charity aims to eradicate motorcycle deaths through engagement, injury prevention, education and roadside critical care.

The bike nights run every Thursday between 6 and 8.30pm on the Esplanade in Weymouth from April 6 until September 28.
