TRAINS had to run at a reduced speed between Dorchester and Upwey due to a temporary speed restriction.
The restriction was imposed between the two stations meaning that there were minor delays on the route between the towns.
The restriction was in place to allow engineers safe access to carry out a regular inspection on Bincombe Tunnel between Dorchester South and Upwey.
The speed restriction was in place until the tunnel had been patrolled.
