NINE homes are being planned for a site in Wareham Road, Corfe Mullen.
An application to Dorset Council asks to demolish No 74 and use land to the rear of adjoining homes to create a site for nine detached houses.
The scheme is a revised version of a previous application and has been submitted by Blacklane Developments Ltd who went to appeal after a previous scheme was not decided in time.
The new application is said to take into account the planning inspector’s comments about tree loss, including Tulip and Liquid Amber trees, and the effect of some of the new homes on neighbours, with a replacement tree programme and improved landscaping.
One of the proposed homes has now been altered and repositioned to increase the separation distance from existing properties.
Public comments on the proposals remain open until March 17.
