A ROUTINE stop search by police in Dorset discovered class B drugs and a machete.
On Tuesday, February 28 a stop search was carried out by police in the area of Blandford town centre.
From the search, several items of controlled class B drugs were seized as well as a machete.
Following the incident, an 18-year-old is now under investigation by police.

The maximum penalty for an adult carrying a knife or weapon illegally is either four years in prison, an unlimited fine or both.
