A MONTHLY farmers market has announced it is set to return in Weymouth for the first time in 2023.
The Weymouth Farmers and Makers Market, which runs once a month in the town, will host its first event for the year on Sunday, March 12.
Following a regular winter break, local food producers and makers will be back at the market from 10am until 3pm outside the White Hart pub in New Bond Street.
A range of locally produced food, drinks and other made goods will be on offer to purchase, providing shoppers an opportunity to support their local businesses.
The full schedule for every farmers' market throughout the year in Weymouth is available by visiting the Weymouth Farmers' and Makers Facebook page.
The market is run by Best in Dorset which operates markets across the county.
The company says that it aims to offer high-quality, locally produced food and crafts, direct from the producer.
