A SINGING group who reached the finals of a popular TV talent show are set to appear in Weymouth later this year.
The D-Day Darlings, a wartime-inspired group, reached the final of ITV's Britain's got Talent in 2018 but eventually missed out on winning the competition as Lost Voice Guy, a comedian, triumphed to take home the £250,000 prize money.
The group will now be going on a 24-date long Kings Coronation Tour of the UK where they will be paying a visit to Weymouth amongst other venues across the country.
Their latest show will include a song and dance extravaganza for all generations to enjoy, ending with an explosive patriotic finale.
Since their Britain's Got Talent success, the group have released their own album I’ll Remember You which peaked at number five in the UK album charts.
The group will be performing at Weymouth Pavilion on Thursday, June 8 at 7.30 pm.
Tickets are priced at £23.50 per person and can be purchased by visiting the group's website at https://www.ddaydarlings.co.uk/tour/ and clicking on the Weymouth event.
