Don your lederhosen and enjoy all the fun of Oktoberfest - in Spring in Weymouth.
The Nothe Fort is holding a Springtober Fest Beer Festival on Saturday, March 11 at which a selection of Dorset’s best beer, food and music will be celebrated.
The event runs from 4pm to 10pm and will be accompanied by Cerne Abbas Brewery, which is bringing a variety of Dorset’s very best beer for attendees to try, with beers to be announced soon.
There will be plenty of food accompaniments on offer with the Dorset Food Co. and their spectacular street food.
Providing the “Oompah” good time will be none other than the Bierfass Band, playing a unique mix of polkas, waltzes, drinking tunes, combined with British pop and other well-known songs.
Nothe Fort will also be showing the England v France Six Nations Rugby Championship, kicking off at 4.45pm.
Tickets are on sale now and people can add on a special Nothe Fort beer glass for just £1.50 (reduced rate if ordered before the event).
Tickets costing £10 are available at www.nothefort.org.uk/news-events/springtober-fest?occurrenceID=4396
