Find out more about life as a vet at a talk to be hosted at the next meeting of the Dorchester Townswomen's Guild.
Hilary Green, a retired vet, will be attending the next meeting of Dorchester Townswomen’s Guild to give a talk called One Man and his Dog, which will take place on Monday, March 13 at 2pm.
The talk will be given at the Dorchester Community Church, Liscombe Street, Poundbury, DT1 3DF.
Visitors will be made most welcome for a small fee of £2.50.
Pat White, of the guild, said: "The church is a wonderful modern building providing an excellent, warm meeting place. Having a regular bus service from Dorchester and with parking available near by it is in an excellent position.
"Tea and coffee are also available."
