A MONTHLY community quiz in Weymouth proved popular once again with 50 people taking part. 

The Park Community Centre on Chelmsford Street in the Park District area of Weymouth welcomed 10 teams of five to turn up for the quiz and raffle on what turned out to be an entertaining quiz night.

The quiz turned out to be another closely fought affair with this month's winners sharing the prize between the teams Bash Street Kids and Mackerel Fishers. 

Meanwhile, the Eagles finished runners-up.

Thanks were provided to committee members and volunteers at the centre who gave up their time to put on the quiz.

The next quiz night will be held on Saturday, March 25 at 7pm. The quiz includes cash prizes and a raffle in its £5 entry fee.
