Road closures will be in place for the 8th Weymouth Half Marathon taking place on Sunday, March 19.
Dorset Council has announced road closures for the day of the race, which will attracts hundreds of runners and supporters to town.
The Esplanade will be closed both ways between the Pavilion car park and King Street.
New Street will be closed both ways between St Alban Street and The Esplanade from 7am until 12 noon.
Maiden Street northbound will also be closed between St Alban Street and Bond Street from 7am to 12 noon.
Further out of town, Old Castle Road northbound will be closed between Sudan Road and Belle Vue Road from 8am to 11.30am.
The race begins at 8am from Weymouth Pavilion and also finishes at the Pavilion.
The 13.2 mile flat course takes in many coastal views and goes as far west as Portland Beach Road in Wyke Regis with its most easterly point at Overcombe Corner.
