AFTER a three-year break a local pantomime group is set to make a return.
Preston Pantomime Group is returning today (Wednesday, February 15) for the first of four performances of Jack and the Beanstalk.
Director Tim Moss said: “Returning to panto after lockdown has been both challenging and exciting, but I’m sure our 2023 production will be as enjoyable as our previous shows.
"We would love you to join in the fun, so please get your tickets now.”
The group will be raising funds this year for local charities including: Weymouth Foodbank, Cycling Without Age Weymouth and Friends of Dorset Care Leavers.
In light of the difficulties many people are facing at the moment, ticket prices have been kept the same as they were in 2020.
Adult tickets are priced at £8, child tickets at £5, those aged 65 and over are priced at £7, and family tickets (2 adults & 2 children) are £20.
Tickets can be purchased by calling 01305 834410
Evening performances start at 7.30 pm, with doors open at 7 pm. The matinee on Saturday, February 18 starts at 2.30 pm with doors open at 2 pm.
