A WOMAN has been fined after entering a police station as a trespasser with intent to commit criminal damage.
Kiri Marie Derham, 34, appeared at Weymouth Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, February 2 for sentencing having previously admitted one charge of ‘burglary other than dwelling - with intent to commit damage’.
It relates to an incident on September 17 of last year when Derham entered Weymouth Police Station on Radipole Lane as a trespasser.
Derham, whose address was given as Gentian Way, had previously admitted the offence.
Chairman of the Magistrates’ bench Mr Leonard Vickery ordered Derham to pay a fine of £100, costs of £25 and a surcharge of £114 to fund victim services.
The 34-year-old must complete 25 rehabilitation activity requirement days within a period of 12 months.
The defendant’s guilty plea was taken into account when imposing sentence.
