Bring out your inner Albert Einstein with a day of science.
Family Science Day is returning to Dorset Museum in Dorchester on Sunday, March 12 from 11am to 1pm or 2pm to 4pm.
Children can meet a real scientist and take part in some interactive science experiments with experts on hand to answer any questions.
There will also be the opportunity to find out how robots, magnets and gravity work as well as exploring biodiversity and the invisible world of microbes.
The day has been organised by Dorchester Town Council, Bournemouth University, The Thomas Hardye School, and the Dorset Museum, with sponsorship from the Royal Society of Biology, the Institute of Physics, and the European Union.
Although the event is aimed at children aged four and above, there is something for the whole family to enjoy.
Tickets are free and available to book online here: https://www.dorsetmuseum.org/event/family-science-day/
