A MAN has appeared in court charged in connection with an alleged sexual assault outside of a convenience store.
Zbigniew Wzorek, whose address was given as The Close in Blandford Forum, appeared before Poole Magistrates' Court on Saturday, February 4 charged with one count of sexual assault.
Wzorek, 48, is alleged to have sexually assaulted a 14-year-old girl as she sat outside a Spar store in Market Place, Blandford Forum.
The incident is reported to have taken place in the evening of June 26 of last year.
Wzorek entered a plea of not guilty and was remanded on unconditional bail.
He will appear before Weymouth Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, February 14 for a summary trial.
