UPDATE: Man missing from Weymouth located after four days
AN appeal has been launched to help find a missing man from Weymouth.
Dorset Police received a report at 8:36 am on Saturday, February 4 which raised concern for Martyn Brown who is 35 years old.
Mr Brown was reported to have left an address in the Wyke Regis area at around 7 am. He was driving a grey BMW with the registration HH56 HBH.
Mr Brown is described as five feet six inches tall, of medium build with black hair and a beard.
He has tattoos on his forearms and is believed to have been wearing a grey hooded top and grey tracksuit bottoms.
Inspector Tracy Santoni, of Dorset Police, said: “We understand Martyn has been very upset recently and we are concerned for his welfare. Officers are carrying out searches and we are keen to find him as soon as possible to make sure that he is alright.
“I would urge anyone with information regarding Martyn’s whereabouts to please contact Dorset Police immediately. I would also like to hear from anyone who comes across either of the vehicles detailed above.
“Finally, I would like to make a direct appeal to Martyn if you see this – please make contact with us or your family and let us know where you are. We just want to check that you are OK.”
