Dorchester’s Brewery Square is hosting a dedicated ‘Wellbeing Weekend’ on Saturday and Sunday aimed at boosting mental health.
A range of different activities and offers will be available across the two-day event on January 28 and 29.
Various businesses are championing physical wellbeing, with Anytime Fitness offering free trials of its various classes on Saturday.
Independent record shop, Vinyl Van, is also hosting a free in-store dance event at 9.30am on the same day.
An array of other offers and deals will be available throughout the weekend at Brewery Square's array of firms, including art galleries, food and drink stores and florists.
Tara Bailey, centre manager at Brewery Square, said: “The January blues have become even more prevalent this year with the cost-of-living crisis still at large.
"We want to remind our community of the various ways in which they can boost their wellbeing at Brewery Square to help combat ongoing pressures.
“Our businesses are making wellness activities more accessible by launching a series of exclusive events and offers during our dedicated ‘Wellbeing Weekend’.
"By taking advantage of these offers, the feel-good factor doubles as visitors can improve their own wellbeing while supporting fantastic local businesses within our Dorchester community.”
Bookings for the Anytime Fitness classes are essential and can be made by emailing alaska.harris@anytimefitness.co.uk
