RETIREMENT GIFT: Laurie Wilks has finished working for Betterment Properties (Weymouth) Ltd
A SURPRISE celebration lunch was held at the Prince Regent Hotel as Laurie Wilks retired from Betterment Properties (Weymouth) Ltd after 22 years' service with the company.
His parting gifts included an original painting of his last project at Tods Yard at Ferrybridge and he can be seen opening this gift watched by his wife Jenny and surrounded by his colleagues.
Laurie intends to enjoy his retirement by continuing his passion for travelling and DIY.
