JUST HOW GREEN HAVE YOU BEEN
Julie Hursthouse, community development worker for Weymouth and Portland Borough Council
I RECYCLE everything, much to my husband's annoyance.
He's a very tidy person and he'd probably prefer it if it all went in the bin!
My children are very savvy about these sort of issues - the education at school these days about green matters is fantastic so young people are much more aware about their carbon footprint.
I have cut down on car journeys and try to walk when I can which is better for the environment and it's good for you.
I've been getting involved in green projects at work such as tree planting in Westham.
We're also trying to think of innovative ways to get people to do more for the planet rather than forcing things on communities.
I think a recycling bin that says thank you is a great idea.
I saw one in France once and thought it was really cool.
