Preston Beach has been issued with a flood warning.
It's in place for this evening's high tide when water levels will be higher than normal due to a spring tide, a tidal surge, strong winds and large waves.
High tide this evening at Preston Beach will be at 6.43pm, according to the Environment Agency which has issued the warning.
The agency suggests flooding is possible at the Sea Life Centre and the Preston Beach Road area of Lodmoor.

Conditions may apply one to two hours either side of the high tide.
A spokesman for the Environment Agency said: "Please be careful along beaches, promenades, coastal footpaths and roads as large waves and sea spray could be dangerous.
"We continue to monitor the forecast and will re-issue this warning if necessary."
People in the West Bay area are also being warned to prepare for flooding.
The forecast is for strong winds, large waves and spray overtopping on the coast.
Total water levels are expected to be high for this evening's high tide.
High water tonight will be at 6.25pm.
Areas most at risk include the inner harbour, East Beach and the esplanade on East Beach.
The agency states: "Stay away from beaches, promenades, coastal footpaths and roads as large waves and sea spray could be dangerous."
