A man has been sentenced for assaulting a woman and a police officer.
Lukasz Stachowicz, whose address was given as Hine Close, Gillingham, appeared before Poole Magistrates' Court for sentencing and pleaded guilty to one charge of assault by beating and one charge of assaulting an emergency worker.
The charges relate to an incident on September 26 of this year when Stachowicz assaulted both his victims in Bridport.
Stachowicz, 38, was ordered to take part in an accredited programme for 42 days, carry out 120 hours of unpaid work and must pay £100 of compensation to PC Haseman as well as a £114 surcharge to fund victim services.
He also admitted to committing a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order - no separate penalty was imposed - and to damaging a wall belonging to a woman in Shaftesbury between October and October 19. A community order was made for this offence.
