Firefighters from Bridport brushed up their skills on a special training day.
Some of the crew from the town went to the Dorset and Wiltshire Fire Rescue training centre to update their knowledge and learn new techniques for road traffic collision scenarios.
They were joined by another crew from Redhill Park Fire Station and a crew member from Salisbury Fire Station.
A spokesman from Dorset and Wiltshire Fire Rescue service said: "The training was also a good opportunity for some of the crew members who are in development to practice before their up and coming assessment on road traffic collisions as part of their journey to becoming a fully qualified firefighter."
