A CALL to action has been made to Dorset students to beat the bullies.
Budmouth Technology College students are collecting old mobile phones for recycling to raise money for an anti-bullying booklet.
The booklet, to be created by the Weymouth school's mediation team, will include stories, songs, poems, quizzes, web-links and personal experiences to serve as a source of help for those being bullied.
The team is appealing for local residents to drop off any unwanted mobile phones at the school's main office.
If 200 phones are collected by students through the national Phones For Schools scheme, £500 to publish the booklet will be awarded to Budmouth.
The school requests that all donated phones come with batteries.
Chargers and SIM cards are not required.
