A STUDENT from Thomas Hardye School has been missing for nearly two weeks, police say.
Jodie Jeffery, 16, was last seen at the Dorchester school on the morning of Thursday, May 1.
She has not been spotted since and now police are appealing for help from the public to find her.
Jodie, of Milborne St Andrew, attended the school for a short time on May 1 but left early.
She is described as white, 5ft 6in tall, of proportionate build, with shoulder-length dark brown hair and she is softly spoken.
Jodie was last seen wearing a white hooded jumper, grey trousers and white trainers.
Sergeant Matt Chutter, of Blandford Police, said: "Jodie's family are extremely worried about her and want her to return home to them.
"I'd urge Jodie - and anybody who knows of her whereabouts - to contact Dorset Police."
Anyone with information should call police in confidence on 01305 222222.
