Enjoy a Shakespearean comedy in a subtropical garden next week.
The Festival Players Theatre Company will present Shakespeare in the Gardens, an open air performance of ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’ at Abbotsbury Subtropical Gardens on Thursday August 18 from 6.30pm to 11pm.
A Midsummer Night’s Dream is Shakespeare’s popular fantasy of love and jealousy amongst the mortals and fairies. Featuring magic, mirth and mayhem to delight all the family in this comedy for the ages.
As it is an open-air performance, it is recommended to bring low-backed seating, rugs, picnics and warm waterproof clothing. Children under the age of 5 years old are free and adults tickets are £16.
