Provide a home by making a bird box for your garden at an event at Kingcombe Meadows Nature Reserve today.
As part of a series of events over the summer holidays an event where participants make their own bird boxes will be held at the Kingcombe Visitor Centre near Maiden Newton.
The session is today, Tuesday, August 9 starting at 10am and is expected to continue until 11.30am.
This event is suitable for families. Tickets are £3 per child, and adults go free. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Please book a ticket for all members of your party.
A spokesperson said: "Why not do something creative while providing a home for nature! We will be making bird boxes for the birds in your garden to discover and make a home inside.
"We will meet at the Kingcombe Centre at 10am. Parking is available on site."
