Crews from Wyke Coastguard Rescue Team and Weymouth RNLI rescued a man cutt off by the tide.
Wyke CRT were on their way to attend Osmington's village fete yesterday (August 7) when they were tasked to an indivdual near Redcliff point.
Weymouth RNLI's in-shore lifeboat had also been called-out and, upon locating the man, were able to reach him on the rocks.
The lifeboat crew dropped him off at Bowleaze - luckily the man was staying at a campsite in Osmington so Wyke CRT gave him a lift to the village fete!
