A NEW children’s playground has been unveiled at Lulworth Castle.
The woodland playground has had a complete makeover and renamed ‘Peacock Park’ - with rope bridges, swings, slides and monkey bars to keep the little ones entertained over the summer.
A sensory board and wheelchair-accessible swinging platform have been added to ensure as many children can get involved in the fun as possible.
The peacocks at Lulworth Castle, in Wareham, are getting set for some new additions with six Peahens from Brownsea Island joining the flock later this summer.
A spokesperson for Lulworth Castle said: “We look forward to welcoming them to Lulworth Park and hope they’ll enjoy their new home”.
Lulworth Castle is open Sunday to Thursday from 10.30am until 5pm with car parking costing £3 for the whole day.
