A MAN has been interviewed and cautioned after allegedly assaulting a teenager on Portland.
As reported, between 4.15pm and 4.30pm on Tuesday, June 7, a 16 year old boy was cycling past the Co-op store at Fortuneswell and became involved in a verbal exchange with the man.
The man, who was leaving the store, then reportedly hit the teen on the back of the head before walking off.
The teenager did not sustain any serious injuries.
A CCTV appeal was issued and, following enquiries, the man attended a voluntary police interview and was issued with a conditional caution.
